Adjust for agencies

How agency access, client permissions, agency credit, seats and cost work in Adjust, from its own documentation.

Short answer

No dedicated agency account type documented. Agencies are added as users in each client's Adjust account with a role, and one login can switch between accounts.

Access

How does agency access work in Adjust?

  • A client Admin adds the agency's people as users of the client's own Adjust account. Only Admins add or remove users.
  • A user who already has an Adjust login and is invited to another account confirms by email and switches accounts from the profile icon, Change account.
  • A dedicated agency account type was not found in the documentation read.
Permissions

What does the client control?

  • Roles: Admin, Editor, Reader, Custom Editor and Custom Reader. Adjust describes Reader as suited to an agency managing all campaigns.
  • Link-level custom access limits a user to specific links, refinable to campaigns containing set keywords, which Adjust suggests for agencies running one kind of campaign.
  • Partner-level custom access limits a user to specific partners.
  • Ad spend is a separate permission: custom users need the View ad spend data toggle.
Credit

Are campaigns the agency runs credited to it?

  • No agency attribution field or agency transparency setting was found in the documentation read. Agencies typically rely on link-level or keyword-scoped access to see their own campaigns.
Seats and cost

Seats and cost

  • Admins can add as many users as needed; no numeric cap is stated.
  • Who pays for agency users is not documented.
  • Prices beyond the free plan are not published.
  • Adjust runs a Solutions Partners network of Adjust-certified agencies and consultancies.

FAQ

Questions

Does Adjust have an agency account?

No dedicated agency account type was found in Adjust's help centre. Agencies are added as users in each client's Adjust account with a role such as Reader or a custom role, and switch between client accounts from the profile menu.

Can an Adjust client hide ad spend from its agency?

Yes. Ad spend is a separate permission, and custom users need the View ad spend data toggle plus at least one partner selected to see it.

How many users can an agency have in Adjust?

Adjust says an Admin can add as many users to the account as needed, and states no numeric cap. Those users sit inside the client's account, so the client's Admin controls them.

What is an MMP?

A mobile measurement partner (MMP) is the tool an app uses to record which ad, link or campaign led to each install and in-app event. Agencies work inside the client's MMP to build tracking links, read results and prove which campaigns they ran.

How do agencies manage reporting for multiple clients?

Most agencies use one MMP login that switches between clients, then export the data each client allows into their own reporting. Linkrunner, AppsFlyer and Singular document a single agency login across clients; Adjust lets one login switch between client accounts.

Can an agency get a white-label client dashboard from an MMP?

None of the agency documentation we read for the eight MMPs describes a white-label client dashboard. Agencies usually build client reports from exported data, so check that export is a permission the client will grant.
