Linkrunner for agencies
How agency access, client permissions, agency credit, seats and cost work in Linkrunner, from its own documentation.
Agency workspace with one login for every client. The client switches each screen on or off, can limit the agency to campaigns it built, and campaigns the agency creates are credited to it.
How does agency access work in Linkrunner?
- There is no agency sign-up page. A client invites the agency from Settings, Members, Invite Agency, and that invitation is the way in. The invitation link is valid for 14 days and must be opened with the invited address.
- The agency sets up one workspace (logo, name, description, website, contact email). Every later client lands in the same workspace, and the agency switches between clients from the project picker.
- An agency already on Linkrunner skips setup: the new client's project appears at once.
What does the client control?
- Seven switches per agency, all off by default, changed only by project admins: Campaigns read, Campaigns edit, Overview, Channels, Manage integrations, Export data, and Revenue and spend.
- Two data scopes: only campaigns the agency built, and only certain networks.
- Changes apply within about 30 seconds. Screens the agency has not been granted show an explanation rather than an empty page.
Are campaigns the agency runs credited to it?
- Campaigns an agency creates from its own workspace are always attributed to the agency, and the client sees the agency on them.
- A link the client creates on the agency's behalf is not credited to the agency, so agencies should build their own links.
- Meta, Google, Snapchat and LinkedIn campaigns need a connected ad account on the client's project and, for the agency, the Manage integrations switch.
Seats and cost
- Unlimited seats on every plan.
- The account holder pays. Most agencies let the client own the billing account.
- No export fees. Postpaid billing with no annual lock-in, and 25k free installs to start.
- Referral Program for agencies, consultants and operators: a recurring commission on each referred customer's spend (rate not published).

Questions
How does an agency get access to a client on Linkrunner?
The client invites the agency from Settings, Members, Invite Agency. There is no agency sign-up page, so the invitation is the way in, and Linkrunner then reviews the new workspace. Later clients appear in the same workspace.
Are campaigns an agency builds on Linkrunner credited to the agency?
Yes. Campaigns created from the agency workspace are always attributed to the agency and the client sees the agency on them. A link the client creates for the agency is not credited to the agency.
Can a Linkrunner client hide revenue and spend from its agency?
Yes. The Revenue and spend switch controls the revenue tile and the revenue, spend, ROAS, CPI and cost per signup columns. It is off by default, like every other agency switch.
What is an MMP?
A mobile measurement partner (MMP) is the tool an app uses to record which ad, link or campaign led to each install and in-app event. Agencies work inside the client's MMP to build tracking links, read results and prove which campaigns they ran.
How do agencies manage reporting for multiple clients?
Most agencies use one MMP login that switches between clients, then export the data each client allows into their own reporting. Linkrunner, AppsFlyer and Singular document a single agency login across clients; Adjust lets one login switch between client accounts.
Can an agency get a white-label client dashboard from an MMP?
None of the agency documentation we read for the eight MMPs describes a white-label client dashboard. Agencies usually build client reports from exported data, so check that export is a permission the client will grant.
