Singular for agencies
How agency access, client permissions, agency credit, seats and cost work in Singular, from its own documentation.
Dedicated Agency Account, available only to selected agencies, with an agency ID on agency-built links. The Agency Account has no cost, ROI, ROAS or SKAdNetwork reporting.
How does agency access work in Singular?
- Singular's Agency Account is currently available only for selected agencies. It gives one login to create tracking links, set up postbacks and see attributed installs.
- The agency switches advertisers from Settings, Account Select. The agency's email cannot already have access to another Singular account.
- Advertisers can instead give an agency Restricted User Access to their own account.
What does the client control?
- The advertiser adds the agency under Settings, Users and Agencies, Agencies, and sets which apps, which sources (partners), attribution view or edit, links view or edit, and which report screens.
- Agencies cannot see links, postbacks or reports set up from the advertiser account.
Are campaigns the agency runs credited to it?
- Agencies must give mutual advertisers transparency on the media sources they use.
- Agency-built tracking links contain an agency ID, and activity is reported under an Agency dimension.
- Self-attributing networks use campaign-name attribution for agencies.
Seats and cost
- The Agency Account has user management for team members. A seat limit is not stated.
- Who pays for the Agency Account is not documented.
- The Agency Account does not support ROI or ROAS reporting, cost reporting, SKAdNetwork reporting or automated user-level data delivery; the workaround is advertiser Shared Reports or Restricted User Access.
- Singular's agencies page mentions preferential access and special deals, with no published terms.

Questions
Can any agency get a Singular Agency Account?
Singular's onboarding guide says the Agency Account is currently available only for selected agencies. Advertisers can also give an agency Restricted User Access to their own account instead.
Does a Singular agency see cost and ROAS?
Not in the Agency Account. Singular documents that it does not support ROI or ROAS reporting, cost reporting or SKAdNetwork reporting; the advertiser can share data through Shared Reports or Restricted User Access.
How are agency installs identified in Singular?
Tracking links an agency builds contain an agency ID, and the activity is reported under an Agency dimension. For self-attributing networks, Singular uses campaign-name attribution for agencies.
What is an MMP?
A mobile measurement partner (MMP) is the tool an app uses to record which ad, link or campaign led to each install and in-app event. Agencies work inside the client's MMP to build tracking links, read results and prove which campaigns they ran.
How do agencies manage reporting for multiple clients?
Most agencies use one MMP login that switches between clients, then export the data each client allows into their own reporting. Linkrunner, AppsFlyer and Singular document a single agency login across clients; Adjust lets one login switch between client accounts.
Can an agency get a white-label client dashboard from an MMP?
None of the agency documentation we read for the eight MMPs describes a white-label client dashboard. Agencies usually build client reports from exported data, so check that export is a permission the client will grant.
