Branch for agencies
How agency access, client permissions, agency credit, seats and cost work in Branch, from its own documentation.
Agency view with its own agency users, added by the client from Account Settings. Agency-created links carry an agency ID automatically.
How does agency access work in Branch?
- The client adds the agency from Account Settings, Agencies, Add New Agency, and the agency accepts. Agencies not on the list fill in Branch's Partner Form.
- Agency team members switch between Agency view and App view. The agency manages its own Agency Admin and Agency Team Member users.
- Whether one agency login spans many client organisations is not stated in the pages read.
What does the client control?
- Access levels per agency and per agency user, with Custom as the default; permissions can be edited.
- Data filters: only show agency-tagged data (on by default), restrict revenue data, only specific ad networks, only specific locations.
- Export needs both Sensitive Data and Export permissions.
- By default agency users cannot add or remove team members on the client dashboard, reset app keys, delete apps, change agency access, or see Billing and SSO.
Are campaigns the agency runs credited to it?
- Branch states that all agency-created links and Journeys automatically have an agency ID attached.
- Agencies see only data from ad partners made visible to them, not other partners or organic data.
- A separate agency transparency setting is not documented.
Seats and cost
- No user or seat limit is stated on the pricing page.
- Who pays for agency access is not documented.
- Prices are not published.
- Certified Solution Partner programme for agencies: training, partnership support and roadmap access.

Questions
How does a client give an agency access in Branch?
The client adds the agency from Account Settings, Agencies, Add New Agency, and the agency accepts. Access levels and data filters can then be set for the agency and for each agency user.
Does Branch tag agency links?
Yes. Branch states that all agency-created links and Journeys automatically have an agency ID attached, and the Only show agency-tagged data filter is on by default.
Can a Branch client hide revenue from its agency?
Yes. Revenue data can be restricted per agency, and seeing it needs the Sensitive Data permission. Export needs both Sensitive Data and Export.
What is an MMP?
A mobile measurement partner (MMP) is the tool an app uses to record which ad, link or campaign led to each install and in-app event. Agencies work inside the client's MMP to build tracking links, read results and prove which campaigns they ran.
How do agencies manage reporting for multiple clients?
Most agencies use one MMP login that switches between clients, then export the data each client allows into their own reporting. Linkrunner, AppsFlyer and Singular document a single agency login across clients; Adjust lets one login switch between client accounts.
Can an agency get a white-label client dashboard from an MMP?
None of the agency documentation we read for the eight MMPs describes a white-label client dashboard. Agencies usually build client reports from exported data, so check that export is a permission the client will grant.
