Airbridge for agencies

How agency access, client permissions, agency credit, seats and cost work in Airbridge, from its own documentation.

Short answer

Agency is one of four organisation roles. Per-agency menu, channel and revenue-event scopes are marked beta.

Access

How does agency access work in Airbridge?

  • Client Admins or Managers grant app access from User Management, Agencies. Agencies not on the list go through Airbridge's customer success team.
  • Agency users can invite only users of the same agency and see only same-agency users.
  • One login across several advertiser organisations is not documented.
Permissions

What does the client control?

  • Three categories applied to every user of the agency: menu access (Restricted, View, or View and Edit), channel data access and revenue data access. The feature is marked beta.
  • Channel data is limited with campaign filters on an agency tag. Without a filter, an agency can see other agencies' campaign data.
  • Specific revenue events can be blocked and show as 0. Removing an agency revokes access and expires its API token.
Credit

Are campaigns the agency runs credited to it?

  • Agency users can access attribution data collected through tracking links created within their agency, and can create tracking links at any access level.
  • The pricing page lists agency management with dedicated agency access, permissions and data transparency, without naming the plan.
Seats and cost

Seats and cost

  • Each plan includes one organisation. A seat limit is not stated.
  • Who pays for agency access is not documented.
  • An agency programme is not documented.

FAQ

Questions

Can an Airbridge agency see other agencies' campaigns?

It can unless the client sets a channel filter. Airbridge limits channel data with campaign filters on an agency tag, and without one an agency can see other agencies' campaign data.

Can an Airbridge client hide revenue from its agency?

Yes, by event. Specific standard revenue events can be blocked, and they then show as 0 for that agency. The agency settings are marked beta.

How does an agency get access in Airbridge?

A client Admin or Manager grants app access from User Management, Agencies. Agencies not on the list are added through Airbridge's customer success team.

What is an MMP?

A mobile measurement partner (MMP) is the tool an app uses to record which ad, link or campaign led to each install and in-app event. Agencies work inside the client's MMP to build tracking links, read results and prove which campaigns they ran.

How do agencies manage reporting for multiple clients?

Most agencies use one MMP login that switches between clients, then export the data each client allows into their own reporting. Linkrunner, AppsFlyer and Singular document a single agency login across clients; Adjust lets one login switch between client accounts.

Can an agency get a white-label client dashboard from an MMP?

None of the agency documentation we read for the eight MMPs describes a white-label client dashboard. Agencies usually build client reports from exported data, so check that export is a permission the client will grant.
